Last updated: January 31, 2026
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of RSSaurus (the "Service"). The Service is operated by Justin Burdett (sole proprietorship). By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
Eligibility and accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your account secure.
- You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
Trial and subscriptions
- The Service may offer a 30-day free trial.
- After the trial, continued use requires a paid subscription (currently $20/year, subject to change).
- Payments are processed by Stripe. Your subscription may renew according to the plan you select in checkout.
- If your subscription is not active, certain features may be limited or unavailable.
Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service. For example, you will not:
- Use the Service to break the law or infringe others' rights.
- Attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you are not authorized to access.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service (including excessive automated requests).
Feed content and intellectual property
RSSaurus displays content from feeds and URLs you choose to add. You retain your rights to your account data and your own content. Third-party publishers retain their rights to their content.
RSSaurus is intended as a personal reading tool. You agree you will not use RSSaurus to republish, redistribute, or make third-party content available to others in a way that violates publisher terms or applicable law.
Availability and changes
We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also update these Terms; if we do, we will update the "Last updated" date.
Termination
You may stop using the Service at any time.
If your trial ends or your subscription expires, we may disable access and (after a reasonable period) delete your account and associated data. See the Privacy Policy for details on retention.
We may also suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if needed to protect the Service.
Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not promise the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RSSaurus will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, without regard to conflict of law principles.
